Digital document management explained:
- Your company electronically submits receipts and legal documents to Headway
- Credit institutions send “electronic bank statements” to Headway on your behalf
- At Headway, we can process and archive all documents submitted digitally
- After processing, evaluations and financial statements among other things, are sent to you electronically or can be accessed via BMD Com
- Digital communication with the tax office (notifications and tax returns) and the Commercial Register (disclosure)
- Financial statements will be sent to banks electronically if required
- Data security: optional encryption of the entire channel of communication
